Thanks to those who said happy birthday, nothing planned tonight due to a lack of accessible funds though, keep tuned and I'll figure something out or at least wait long enough until people forget and don't care.

| Great offer from Dell |
[08 Oct 2008|04:09pm] |
Dell is offering a Vostro 1510 with these specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo Processor T8300 (2.4 GHz, 3MB Cache, 800 MHz FSB) Genuine Windows Vista(R) Business with Windows(R) XP Professional Preinstalled 15.4" Widescreen WXGA (1280x800) TFT Display 2GB (2 X 1024MB) 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM 250GB SATA Hard Drive Slot load 8X max DVD+/-RW Drive with DVD+R double layer write capability 256MB NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) 8400M GS (64bit) Graphics 6-cell Lithium Ion Primary Battery 90W AC Adapter Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945 Dual Band 802.11a/g 54Mbps Wireless Mini Card Dell(TM) TrueMobile(TM) 360 Bluetooth Module
E-value code: R521009AU
For $999
And after applying the coupon code: QN31XHPX3NJCFL
This price drops to $849
The only problem with this laptop is that it's not based on the Centrino 2 platform (so fewer power saving features) and the graphics card is quite weak but most likely strong enough to play any Source games ie Team Fortress 2, portal and Half Life 2. Regardless of those shortcomings this is a great deal as the processor is almost top of its class and other comparable systems with the same processor would cost in excess of $1000. However be quick though this offer expires in 2 days.

Innuendo aside, my work pants has a hole in it where the zipper partially liberated itself from the fabric. If anyone has the time and skills to reattach the two together again then contact me and we'll discuss the matters of reimbursement.

Well, you're gone now, off to Singapore for ten days. Already my life is a mess, drinking has gone into excess, depression keeps on spiraling and pants continue to go unworn. There's nothing more i can do except wait for your return and say this to you:
i miss you Nintendo DS
